Local Geology

El Potrerito is a small agricultural domestic unit within the Malpaso Valley, Zacatecas, Mexico. The site includes two mounds each surrounded by midden deposits suggesting they are representative of two indiviudal households. It was identified in a site survey by Armillas (n.d.) and Trombold (1977).
